Go to the models folder, add your gzipped/.dat files
Add your integers into your class 5 class
Compile
open the client and do "add model (####)"
replace the #### with the item id
or , do "add models", which just adds every model in your models folder/readds them, so it will take a bit longer, once it says "models added successfully!" Or something similar, reload your client and bam!
Make sure you add your item to item.cfg, item.java, and anywere else you need it (E.G if you need special attack and so on so forth)

same with the words u should be able to add them the same way
